  • At the time of booking your package a 50% non-refundable deposit must be made, if for some reason you have to cancel your event just let us know at least 7 days in advance and your deposit can still be put toward a future party! If you have to postpone your event we also ask that you give us as much notice as possible because booking availability is limited!

  • The answer is, YES! Of course you can, however keep in mind there is a milage fee for events farther away.

  • While our main area is in children parties, it is possible to schedule a meet in greet, luncheon, or photo opportuity with one of our characters. Just be sure to email us with your request and we’ll try to help you the best we can!

  • YES! Thanks to our amazing staff, we can now have multiple characters at your party!

  • It is not common but if for some reason your character is late, there is no need to worry! We track time as soon as we arrive, so you’ll still get the full time you paid for!
